A Room Key is a collectible, not an investment.
Safu Stock sells Room Keys. Each building is named for a tokenized Robinhood stock, as scenery, and is its own market on one contract, StreetRooms. A Room Key is a balance in one building: you buy it from the building's price curve and can sell it back to that curve at any time, and it cannot be transferred. Checking in buys a Room Key; checking out sells it back. The Room Key bought when a building holds n Room Keys costs n² divided by that building's curve number, in ETH. Each curve number is set at deploy from the building's size and block, so every building charges the same at the same occupancy: when a building holds exactly its starting number of Room Keys, its next one costs 0.02 ETH before fees, or 0.01 ETH on Meme Corner and Crypto Row and 0.04 ETH on Wall St and in The Vault. That is a milestone, not a cap: as new floors go up the price keeps rising, to four times as much at twice the starting size. Every Room Key costs more than the one before it and a sale pays back less than the last buy cost. The treasury holds the first Room Key of every building from the start and can never sell it. Nothing here is a security offering, an investment product, or financial advice. The contract has not been reviewed by an independent auditor.
Every buy and every sale pays 5% of the curve price on top of it, or out of it: 4% is split across that building's Room Keys, the trader's own Room Keys that are not part of the trade included, and 1% goes to the treasury. The planned Safustock Room Keys contract is intended to receive creator fees from the relaunched token on Ponsfamily.com; this integration is not yet deployed. Of every such fee, 10% goes to the treasury and 90% is split equally across every Room Key on the street. Anyone can also tip a building in ETH: every wei of a tip is split across that building's Room Keys, the treasury's included, with no fee taken. How much arrives depends only on how much people trade and tip: it can be very little, and it can be nothing at all. No one promises any amount.

Fees reach the Room Keys when someone harvests: anyone can, and every buy, sale and claim does it first. What your Room Keys earned stays claimable after you sell them; from the sale on, they earn nothing for you.
This is a standalone reconstruction of publicly described Stonk Street economics, not the original verified Solidity. Creator fees only arrive if Ponsfamily routes native ETH to this contract; payout configuration is not yet verified. The dev wallet can pause immediately. Check-out and Collect reopen after 30 days; a new pause requires three open days. There is no proxy, upgrade mechanism or 48-hour code-change timelock. The owner can instead execute emergency drain ALL ETH immediately, transferring every user reserve and unclaimed fee to the owner. This is a permanent shutdown, not a temporary pause, and users cannot redeem or claim afterwards. You are trusting the owner with all ETH.
A Room Key's price is set only by the curve: early Room Keys are cheap and later ones cost more, so whoever sells into later buyers is paid by them, and when buying stops, prices fall as Room Keys are sold. A buy and an immediate sale lose about 10% to fees. Most markets like this go quiet; expect the price to fall and the fees to stop.
Anyone with a wallet can buy and sell Room Keys. Owning $Safustock is not needed and is not a claim on anything. Robinhood controls the chain's clock and ordering.
Read the Safustock deployment guide and contract source before you buy. If you do not understand the rules, do not buy a Room Key.
